At Foreflair, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your belt must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@foreflair.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items, custom orders, or gift cards. Please reach out with questions about specific items.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at support@foreflair.shop.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you have 30 days to cancel or return your order without justification. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
